We are looking for iPhone and Android Programmers and Application Developers - serious fun, extreme cool factor.

Anyware is an entrepreneurial, fast moving, supportive, responsive team focused on delivering commercial applications for mobile devices. With several cool applications under our belt we are gearing up to grow bigger and better.

As a major contributor to the Anyware programming team, you will contribute to: -

• Exciting and innovative iPhone and Android application development,
• Delivering best-in-class software products with a high “cool” factor that extend the reach of our clients, and our clients’ customers,
• Creating and being a member of a world-class programming and application development team.

• Ambitious, creative and technically skilled, you have a software engineering degree with experience in developing desktop or mobile client applications (Cocoa, Java SWING/SWT or other).
• You must be proficient with at least one of the following object-oriented languages: Java, C++, Objective C, as well as familiar with design patterns such as MVC and have a good knowledge of the Mac OS mobile environment (also having Android experience is a plus).
• You need to be able work in a team environment in order to translate customer’s desires into a functional application.
• Prior experience creating an app on the Apple App Store and/or having developed an Android mobile application will be an advantage.
• You will thrive in an environment where your colleagues share your passion for developing and selling innovative, creative solutions.

iPhone and Android Application Sales Representative (Junior – Mid Level) - serious fun, extreme cool factor.

As a major contributor to the Anyware programming team, you will contribute to: -

• Being the customer point of contact to sell mobile applications

• Ambitious, with a drive to succeed, you have some experience in sales, preferably in a technical area, preferably with a background in business studies.
• You need to be able work in a team environment in order to translate customer’s desires into a functional application.
• Prior experience creating an app on the Apple App Store and/or having developed an Android mobile application will be an advantage.

Duties -

• Develop territory/account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Maximize Anyware opportunities while providing value added solutions to the customer.
• Manage the delivery of the product from client contract to delivery.
• Write customer requirement documents, presentations, determine and fill in standard contract requirements, modifying as necessary to tailor them to the customer needs.
• Coordinate transferring customer requirements to use case scenarios and assist programmers to understand and develop the look, feel and functionality that the customer requires and expects.
• Ensure that the application delivered by the programming staff functions and performs as the customer expects and insure corrective actions are identified and taken when the application fails to meet the intended specifications.
• Prepare any necessary documentation to present, capture and deliver a customer solution. Write system requirement statements and user requirements documentation.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners.
• Manage effective working relationships with Technical Sales Engineers, Consulting Professionals Programmers and Graphic design staff.
• Gain a technical understanding of the mobile market sufficient to work as the interface between the customer and the application production team.
• Build, manage and deliver on an accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly territory pipeline.
• Travel and attendance at social gatherings within your assigned territory as required
• Develop and improve of the transaction flows for both the sell-side and buy-side
• Be a hands-on customer account manager; always there to help your clients and support staff both on the phone and in the field
• Prepare proposals and presentations. Excellent presentation skills to executives & business stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed all activity metrics for prospecting calls, opportunities generated and sales targets.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance, opportunities, and customer pipeline
• Participate as a member of the sales team using a customer-centric / solution-selling environment
• Set examples for sales reps in the areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits
• Along with other members of the Anyware staff, develop processes, procedures and systems to manage activity levels, pipeline development progress
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
• Interact and cooperate professionally with all company employees
• Assist in the marketing and sales strategic planning and execution.
• Participate in planning and development of the company web site
• Other duties as assigned.

As a major contributor to the Anyware programming team, you will contribute to: -

• Exciting and innovative graphic design and artwork for iPhone and Android application development and customer presentations
• Delivering best-in-class software products with a high “cool” factor that extend the reach of our clients, and our clients’ customers
• Creative with a flair for great design, you have experience, with Adobe Photoshop, other graphic design software plus you can build a MS PowerPoint presentation that can dazzle a client.
• You need to be able work in a team environment in order to translate customer’s desires into a functional presentation.
• Prior experience using iPhones desired.
• You will thrive in an environment where your colleagues share your passion for developing and selling innovative, creative solutions.

Duties, under the direction of the CEO -

• Create attractive and engaging graphics for mobile phone applications, MS PowerPoint presentations for client briefings, and sales meetings, and graphics for the www.anyware.cz web site.
• Coordinate graphic requirements with customers, programmers and sales representatives.
• Prepare any necessary documentation to present, capture and deliver a customer solution.
• Manage effective working relationships with Technical Sales Engineers, Consulting Professionals, Programmers and Graphic design staff.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management
• Display ethical personal character, commitment, organized work habits.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills (ability to work in an English-speaking office environment necessary)
• Interact and cooperate professionally with all company employees
• Assist in the marketing and sales strategic planning and execution.
• Participate in planning and development of the company web site
